I received my order and was surprised to find them packed in vacuum sealed bags. I've never had a product arrive like that and am not familiar with the process. There were no instructions as to refrigeration or the life of the product. I have opened a couple of the packets and put them in a jar with lid. However, the liquid wasn't enough to cover the pickles. They taste good, but not unique as expected from the advertisement. It's been 19-20 days since I received my order and I did email the company asking about my concerns. To date, I still don't know about the refrigeration or the shelf life of any of the products I ordered.
